Ali Bandeali, a senior Drum Major at L.D. Bell High School in Texas who would like to be in the front ensemble for corps someday, sent in this one. "This picture of me, Jeff Fiedler (the Cavaliers corps director), Parker Fader (senior trombone player from L.D. Bell) and Alberto Ocasio (senior tuba player from L.D. Bell) was taken at the Cavaliers' rehearsal at the Birdville Athletic Complex in Texas. After giving Mr. Fiedler an apple, he was gracious enough to take his time out in a very important part of the season to chat with us about the Cavaliers, their "Texas practice history," and even take a picture with us! Thanks a lot Mr. Fiedler, and congrats on a spectacular season!" Ali was also a member of the Texas All-State band in 2004-2005, and is principal percussionist of the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra. His favorite drum corps are the Cavaliers, Bluecoats and Phantom Regiment.
