Rachael Waggoner submitted this photograph. "The picture that I have attached is of Omar Aleman, me and Alex Larson. I met these guys at Iowa State University last year in the marching band and we became great friends. Over many Wednesday movie nights and various other conversations, they both decided to march Blue Stars with me this summer. I was so glad to have these boys with me and to stand in between them when we sang before shows. They really are friends for life and we'll never forget the awesome summer we shared. Omar aged out this summer, but Alex and I will be back next year for sure! "This was my eighth year of drum corps, fourth with the Blue Stars, where I am now a guard captain." Thanks Rachael!
