This is a picture of my daughter Britney taken at the Kingsmen Alumni camp the day before our performance at the 2007 DCI World Championship Semifinals in Pasadena, Calif. She loved coming to the rehearsals and our shows, and has become a huge Kingsmen fan in the process. Of course, this photo scares me seeing her wanting to play drums since I play the soprano! At least she knows and loves drum corps at the age of five.
The Kingsmen Alumni performance from the 2007 DCI World Championship Semifinals will be included as part of Drum Corps International's spring cinema event, "The Countdown," on Thursday, April 24, 2008.
