For drum corps people, Allentown, Pa., is living history. And on Aug. 1 and Aug. 2 of 2003, Allentown will again play host to the Eastern Classic after an absence of two years, while renovations to J. Birney Crum Stadium took place.

It will be the 25th time Allentown has played host to a major Drum Corps International event.Phone ticket orders, Web site ticket orders and individual night ticket orders are on sale NOW for Allentown. Good seats in this beautifully renovated facility are moving fast, so act quickly! On Friday, Aug. 1, the lineup includes: The Cadets, Santa Clara Vanguard, Boston Crusaders, Phantom Regiment, Magic of Orlando, Colts, Capital Regiment, Southwind, Mandarins, Kiwanis Kavaliers and Pioneer. On Saturday, Aug. 2, the lineup includes: The Cavaliers, Blue Devils, Bluecoats, Glassmen, Crossmen, Spirit, Seattle Cascades, Blue Knights, Madison Scouts, Carolina Crown and Troopers. "I'm very excited about the newly renovated stadium, and I'm excited about how much better the corps are going to perform in this newly renovated venue in a classic drum corps setting," said Dan Acheson, Executive Director of Drum Corps International.
