From a Marion Cadets press release:
Seasoned drum corps instructor April Gilligan will be working with Marion Cadets on a consultant basis for the 2005 season.
Marion Cadets director Michael King said, “We are very happy and lucky to have her with us, and I think it will help us keeping moving in the right direction. We anticipate April’s input in the design process will help make this years show a success.”
Gilligan has served for 14 years as a former member and caption head for the Cadets. She is currently serving as the director for the Braddock Independent Guard, which is currently involved in a collaborative effort with Magic of Orlando.
