Would you like to be featured in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City? This is your chance -- sign up now! Youth Education in the Arts (YEA!) is proud to announce an extraordinary opportunity for color guard members from across the country to participate in the inaugural Macy's All-Star Color Guard, which will be marching in the 2003 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. YEA! is joining with Scott Babcock, a producer of music festivals, special events and multiple ensembles for the Macy's Parade, to present this first-of-its-kind appearance showcasing color guard's artistry and athleticism to more than 50 million television viewers nationwide (and another 2.5 million along the parade route). Macy's All-Star Color Guard participants will spend November 25 and 26 in the New York area rehearsing before the big day on Thanksgiving, Nov. 27. Included in the package will be several meals, transportation, instruction, equipment and uniform for the "big show." Along the way you'll also get tickets to a Radio City performance on Wednesday night, a chance to witness the parade's helium balloon-filling event, and much more. Participation in the Macy's All-Star Color Guard is open to the first 250 color guard members who register. We currently have 195 registrations If you've always wanted to show your color guard skills off to the world, plan to be part of the Macy's All-Star Color Guard this Thanksgiving in the 2003 Macy's Parade!
