The tourism cooperative of Lake Oconee and Greene County, Ga., announced that it will be the presenting sponsor for the 2009 Drum Corps International Southeastern Championship at the Atlanta Georgia Dome on Saturday, July 25. Since 2006, the Georgia Dome has been home to this annual event that will feature all 22 of DCI's World Class corps.

With access to Lake Oconee, Greene County serves as a premier golf and lake resort destination attracting travelers from across the nation including those in the metro and surrounding areas of Atlanta.
