Lehigh Valley Knights "continue to make remarkable progress"

by Drum Corps International

From A Lehigh Valley Knights' press release: The snow has finally melted in southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Lehigh Valley Knights head to the field to start their drill for this year's production of "Fantasy." This past camp weekend also included a performance at their college's community festival in which hundreds had the opportunity to watch the corps perform and rehearse throughout the day Sunday.

The Lehigh Valley Knights, in uniform this past weekend.
The corps continues to make remarkable progress on this year's production, "Fantasy - Flight of the Imagination," which includes excerpts from "Firebird Suite," "Carnival of the Animals," "Ave Maria," "Pines of Rome" and "Night on Bald Mountain." Only a handful of opportunities remain to march with the LVK this season. The horn line is looking to fill one baritone position, the percussion line is looking for one bass drum, and their are only two guard positions remaining in this year's corps. Anyone interested in auditioning for one of the remaining positions should go HERE. The next camp for the Lehigh Valley Knights will be this coming weekend (May 3 and 4) at Lehigh Carbon Community College in Allentown, Pa. You can find directions to their camp HERE.
