Marion Glory Cadets, with barefoot guard, score 84.15 (4:20 p.m.)

Madison, Wis., DCI Division II & III World Championships Preliminaries – The Marion Glory Cadets of Marion, Ohio, set up six frames of various colors around the field to begin their "Primary Colors" show this afternoon. The corps went on to score 84.15.At one point half of the brass section was centered in a light-blue frame on the 50-yard line. The corps handled the difficult "Symphonic Metamorphosis" with particular ease. "My season has been going great. 'm happy I can end on a good note, this experience has been great," said guard member Heath Richey, 21, of Dayton, Ohio.The 2001 Marion Glory Cadets guard was voted best color guard at Drum Corps Midwest, and the guard performed barefoot this evening.
