Kayla Mashburn, who finished the summer of 2005 playing vibraphone at Spirit, sent in this one. "This picture was taken at our "end-of-summer" party in New York. The people in this picture are very special to me for many different reasons. Besides the fact that they're all family to me now, I now have two summers of memories with all of them. All of us started our drum corps careers together in the summer of 2004 at the Division III corps Court of Honor. We all traveled to Spirit together and got to become and even stronger family. Getting to know these amazing people for the past two summers has been incredible and I hope we have many more future seasons to spend together.
