From a Percussive Arts Society press release:

The Percussive Arts Society (PAS) Marching Percussion Festival application deadline has been extended to Friday, September 28.

Recognized as one of the premier marching festivals in the country, PAS's Marching Percussion Festival is an excellent opportunity to be critiqued by some of the leading percussion specialists in the field of marching percussion today. The festival is open to all high school and college students and drum lines. It takes place on two of the four days of the Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC). The first day of competition consists of individual competition on snare drum, tenor drums, keyboard, or timpani. The second day is made up of high school and college marching, standstill, and small ensemble categories.

In addition to the festival, participants will have access to four days of exciting clinics and concerts in all areas of percussion. Festival participants will also have access to the International Drum & Percussion Expo, an exhibit hall that contains more than 100,000 square feet of exhibits by all of the leading drum and percussion manufacturers.
