PBS broadcast "helps to spread the word"

Greg Newell, Phantom Regiment vice president, told us why the PBS broadcast is important: "Effectively explaining drum corps to students or coworkers is difficult, if not impossible. The PBS broadcast of the finals is a great way to engage the non-drum corps public, and helps to spread the word of our great activity. If we can get just 10 more people out of each PBS market to attend a show next season, the broadcast has done its job."
