Phantom Regiment launches new Web site

by Drum Corps International

From the Phantom Regiment's new Web site: The Phantom Regiment is pleased to introduce a new-look Web site in time for the 2003 season. Go HERE (http://www.regiment.org/) to check it out. The site, designed by 1988 Phantom Regiment alum Kent Ecklor, was in the planning stages for several months. It continues to be developed and will get even better in the coming weeks. Among the newest features are: -- Video clips. Currently there are three years represented, but soon all of the Regiment's DCI finalist years will be included. -- Screensaver. Want to show off your support of the Phantom Regiment on your computer? Now you can. -- Photo galleries. The photo archive has been expanded and improved. The look of the online store has been changed and soon a whole new, more advanced store will be added. There are many back-end features that only the Webmaster will see, but they will make updating and maintenance of the site much easier. The members-only area will continue to be used to provide camp and other information to members. Please check back frequently as new features will be added regularly over the next month. If you have comments or suggestions, please e-mail the corps at webmaster@regiment.org. More about Kent Ecklor Kent is a 1988 bass drum alumnus of the Phantom Regiment and marched Phantom Regiment Cadets for three years prior to joining regiment. He is currently the online director at the Rockford Register Star, the fourth-largest newspaper in Illinois.
