The Pioneer of Milwaukee, Wis., on Monday helped to officially opened a section of a street in downtown Chicago that had been closed for repair. The Pioneer set up in a concert arc at Wacker Drive and Franklin streets at 5 p.m. and performed for 45 minutes for a crowd of approximately 50 people. A steady stream of commuters walking nearby also enjoyed the Pioneer performance.The section of lower Wacker Drive had been closed for 16 months.
