The Indianapolis Star recently reported on the Indiana Stadium and Convention Building Authority's unanimous approval of two high-definition scoreboards that will adorn the inside of the currently-under-construction Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis.

Drum Corps International's 2008 World Championships will be the very first event to be held in the brand new state-of-the-art facility in August of 2008.

The Star reports that the boards will be 97 foot wide by nearly 53 foot high, and among some of the largest with high-definition technology to be used by NFL teams.
