From the YEA! Web site: Deb Rogerson will return to the Crossmen as tour director in 2006. Rogerson is an alumni of the Crossmen and Blue Devils, having aged out in 1982. She was also on the Crossmen instructional staff in the mid-'80s. Rogerson has previous experience as the tour director for the Crossmen and Magic of Orlando. She was instrumental in developing the YEA! spring training model, still in use today.
