Running the storm out

by Drum Corps International

"My name is Gary and this is the 2004 Jester, aka the 133rd Airborn Division, in Prescott, Ariz. There was a horrible storm that day that didn't decide to rear its ugly head until right as we marched on field. We got in our opening positions and right when we were about to play our first notes, we began to hear "Get off the field! Get off the field right now!" So we had to run off the field and take cover under the bleachers. It was a great summer and one of the best shows we ever performed. Thanks to the 133 crew and too bad we didn't get Fudgesicles that night!" Thanks Gary!
