This past summer I was a rookie with Capital Regiment. This picture was taken after our semifinals performance at the 2005 World Championships in Foxboro, Mass. We said we were the ones that survived because we had a lot of people come and go this summer, but we all decided to stay and work together. I honestly think this guard wouldn't have been the same without each and every person we had there. I love them all and I will never forget them!
