Saluting our servicemen and women on Veterans Day

The Bandanna kids

The Bandanna kids

Daniel Murin submitted this one. “This picture is a picture of the Madison Scouts ’05 color guard on our very last day of rehearsal (the day of finals). We all are wearing bandannas on our heads as a last sign of solidarity. “I’m 19 and I’m from Hattiesburg, Miss., where I attend the University of Southern Mississippi. I am a biochemistry major with a minor in dance performance. I work in a biochemistry lab as an undergraduate lab technician. I have danced classical ballet for four years and will hopefully be joining a modern dance company this fall. I plan to study abroad in Exeter, England, this coming spring semester. This past summer was my first summer with DCI and the Madison Scouts. My age out year is 2007.”

Thanks Daniel! E-mail your best shots from the summer to [email protected] along with where and when the photo was taken. Send some biographical information about yourself as well. We’ll give you full credit. Also, let us know if you want your e-mail address included.
