Southwind has recently been rehearsing at Letcher County Central High School in Whitesburg, Ky., which is in the district that I teach. I was there for another event, and I captured this picture of the corps’ bass drum line having a sectional. With the mountains in the background, I thought this would be a great picture for “DC-eye.”
