I was privileged to travel with the Cavaliers this season for eight days as a volunteer dad/driver. It was incredibly hot in Dallas as the corps prepared for the show at Lake Highlands High School. During a water break, many of the marching members sought shade wherever possible. I snapped this photo on my Blackberry of what looked like turtles lining up on a log. It appears the only shady spot available was beneath the stadium light pole.
