Welcome Roosevelt to "Commitment to Excellence" program

Drum Corps International welcomes the Roosevelt High School Marching Band from San Antonio, Texas, to Drum Corps International's newly created "Commitment to Excellence" program. The Roosevelt High School band students watched the 2002 DCI World Championship PBS broadcast in their classroom today and here's what they had to say: "What a great teaching tool.
