The following order of appearance for the 2009 Drum Corps International World Championship Open Class Semifinals was determined by the scores earned by each corps at the Open Class Quarterfinals on Tuesday, Aug. 4 in Michigan City, Ind. Seventeen Open Class corps will compete in the World Championship Semifinals event this Friday, Aug. 7 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. The two corps that ended their seasons after the Quarterfinals competition will also present special exhibition performances on Friday.
