The following order of appearance for the 2009 Drum Corps International World Championship World Class Quarterfinals was determined by averaging the scores earned by each corps at the DCI Premier Events in San Antonio, TX (July 18), Atlanta, GA (July 25) and Allentown, PA (July 31 & Aug. 1).

Since Jersey Surf did not perform at the DCI Southwestern Championship in San Antonio, the average score of the corps' performances on July 6 and July 23 were used in place of the San Antonio score.

The World Class Quarterfinals will take place on Thursday, Aug. 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind. Remember: If you can't make it out to the stadium, the event will be broadcast live in nearly 400 theaters across the United States during Drum Corps International's sixth annual "Big, Loud & Live" simulcast of the World Championship Quarterfinals.
