To return logo products or souvenirs, please contact DCI by email at email@example.com or by calling 317.275.1212 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No refunds of audio and video products are available. Defective merchandise can be exchanged by contacting DCI at the email or telephone numbers above to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
All merchandise orders are shipped via UPS® ground service or express service as specified by the customer on the order. The actual UPS¨ shipping costs will be charged to the customer. In addition, a handling fee of $3.00 will be added to all Merchandise orders. DCI may substitute a different shipping service as needed to provide delivery in the best way. Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
