Blue Knights
“The Weekend War” is here! Thursday, Aug. 1 through Sunday, Aug. 4, Blue Knights and Boston Crusaders are participating in a fundraiser known as the “Old School Challenge IV: The Weekend War.” Make a donation to your favorite corps to help it win the friendly fundraising competition.
Blue Stars
The Legends Showdown fundraising competition results are in, and Blue Stars earned $21,513, while Troopers received $16,873.50 in donations. Blue Stars’ website is quick to remind all that both corps are thankful for the much-needed support.
Boston Crusaders
Boston Crusaders announced that the corps who gains the least donations in its fundraising competition with Blue Knights, “Old School Challenge IV: The Weekend War,” will be required to host a post-show snack in Centerville, Ohio, and its director must pose for a picture in the other corps’ swag during Finals Week. The fundraiser takes place until Sunday, Aug. 4,
The Cadets
See the DCI Southeastern Championship in a new way by viewing “The Georgia Dome,” a new addition to the “Cadets All Access” YouTube Series.
Carolina Crown
Performers, staff, family, and friends of Carolina Crown are invited to the corps’ banquet held Sunday, Aug. 11 in downtown Indianapolis. A donation from each attendee is requested.
The Cavaliers
Enjoy the company of Cavaliers alumni, friends, family and fans Saturday, Aug. 10 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the Cavalier Alumni Association’s annual Pre-Finals Party in Downtown Indianapolis. Attendees may purchase tickets online or at the door.
City Sound
Though the organization has already wrapped up its summer tour, City Sound is already looking ahead to next year. The corps will host a meeting of City Sound supporters to discuss future plans for the group. The meeting will take place Saturday, Aug. 3 Los Angeles, Calif.

Genesis
Genesis has started a fundraising campaign to help offset the cost of unexpected repairs on the road during its summer tour.
Jersey Surf
Jersey Surf recently took a rare day away from the DCI Tour for a community service project helping its hometown community. Friday, July 30, Surf corps members headed to the New Jersey shore, which was damaged by Hurricane Sandy in October, to help clean up parts of the beach on Long Beach Island.

Genesis partnered with G2 Performance to launch “The Genesis Store,” an online shop with more than 100 options for fall marching band shows and indoor productions. A portion of the proceeds from each order will go to the corps’ scholarship fund.

Want to help Legends as it wraps up the summer tour? The corps has once again reminded fans that it would appreciate any donations toward its “Fuel Up Legends” campaign, which helps provide transportation and food to the corps while on tour.

Pacific Crest
Pacific Crest and Santa Clara Vanguard will perform in concert with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl Friday and Saturday, Aug. 16 and 17.The concert is the Bowl’s annual Tchaikovsky Spectacular with Fireworks. Tickets can be purchased online.
