The Academy
The Academy has several positions available in its percussion, brass and color guard sections for the corps’ 2013 summer season.
Blue Devils
Blue Devils will be rehearsing this weekend, Feb. 15-17. Check out the itinerary for the weekend on the corps’ website.
Bluecoats
Bluecoats are selling uniforms worn by corps members during their 2010-2012 seasons.
The Cadets
The Cadets have a sale on Vic Firth percussion sticks and accessories. Shoppers can save more than 25 percent on select items.
The Cavaliers
Check out the Cavaliers’ February DVD special. Purchase one DVD of $30 or more and you’ll receive a free “mystery” DVD with your order.
Colt Cadets
Colt Cadets will host their first rehearsal of 2013 on Sunday, Feb. 17, in Dubuque. Middle and high school students of any skill level are invited to attend
Gold
Gold will host open rehearsals for brass and percussion students until all available positions with the corps have been filled. The brass section meets twice a month and the drum line every Wednesday.
Legends
Positions for trumpet, mellophone, baritone, tuba, cymbal and front ensemble percussion players are still open for those interested in joining Legends in 2013.
Madison Scouts

Mandarins
Mandarins appointed three drum majors to lead the corps in 2013. The corps members who will serve in the position have 12 years of drum corps experience between themselves.
Pacific Crest
This week Pacific Crest debuted a new logo. The corps posted on its website: “Inspired by our past, our new look symbolizes our commitment to a strong future by using the colors and the ‘wave’ that you’ve come to associate with Pacific Crest.”
Phantom Regiment
Phantom Regiment added a new section to its online store with used color guard flags and other equipment for sale.
Raiders
Color guard auditions for the Raiders will take place Sunday, Feb. 17, in Westampton, N.J.
Santa Clara Vanguard
Santa Clara Vanguard posted a tentative 2013 summer tour schedule on its website. The listing includes dates from spring training through the DCI World Championships in August.
Sprit of Atlanta
Spirit of Atlanta extended its deadline for summer internship applications. Applicants must be at least 22 years old and be available from the end of May through the second week of August.
Troopers
Troopers are getting back to their Western roots this summer with their 2013 production titled “The Magnificent 11.” Check out a trailer for the show on the corps’ website.
