From a Capital Sound press release: Capital Sound is proud to announce that Bill Castillo, a percussion arranger from the St. Louis area, is joining its design team for the 2007 season. Castillo brings years of experience, having designed for high schools around the country, as well as recording percussion tracks for Key Poulan Music in Fresno, Calif.

"I was looking for a percussion designer with a strong background," said corps director, Marc Gofstein. "Bill's credentials and experience were just perfect. He comes with great recommendations and a solid portfolio, which means our kids are getting quality." With his appointment, Castillo completes the corps' 2007 design team, which includes design veterans Bill Clark (brass) and Ryan Turner (visual). The team is busy creating all the elements for the corps' 2007 production, "Ooh La La: Le Spectaculaire Français – The French Spectacular." www.capsound.org
