7th Regiment
Meet the corps members who will serve as student leaders for 7th Regiment’s 2017 season.
The Academy
The Academy will be getting new uniforms this year and is inviting donors to provide an inspirational message that will be sewed onto the tag of an individual uniform.
Blue Knights
The Blue Knights’ parent organization, Ascend Performing Arts, is looking to hire a motivated and energetic person as an administrative assistant for its Denver office.
Bluecoats
Bluecoats is looking to fill two key support staff positions; tour food service manager and a merchandise sales assistant.
Boston Crusaders
Boston Crusaders announced a new partnership with Zendrum Corporation, a manufacturer of rugged electronic percussion.
The Cadets
The Cadets have an immediate position open for a 2017 tour assistant.
Colts
This week the Colts debuted a new website. Take a look back in time at the corps’ old website designs, including the very first which went up in 1998.
Columbians
The Columbians have a number of openings in its brass, percussion and color guard sections for students interested in joining the corps in 2017.
Crossmen
Take a look at the debut performance of the Crossmen Winds ensemble, which took place this past weekend in Texas.
Guardians
Guardians will continue to audition students for all brass sections at the corps’ upcoming March rehearsal camp in Texas.
Madison Scouts
Following the announcement of the creation of the corps’ Forward Performing Arts parent organization, the Madison Scouts announced that Clay Wacholz will serve as Forward’s educational outreach director.
Mandarins
Mandarins will be hosting a full day of Chinese New Year events on March 4 at the Mandarins Bingo Center in Sacramento, California.
Phantom Regiment
Phantom Regiment’s Rockford Rhythm is a cooperative program between the corps, the Rockford Symphony Orchestra, and the Rockford Public School District. The drum line is hosting an open house for prospective members grades 6-12 on Saturday, February 25, at Emerson House in Rockford, Illinois.
Pioneer
Pioneer still has openings in most sections for prospective members and encourages all who are interested to come to their next three rehearsal camps in Milwaukee.
Santa Clara Vanguard
Santa Clara Vanguard hosted the first rehearsal of its alumni corps this past weekend in San Jose. The 207 alumni representing all five decades of the corps’ history will make a number of performances this summer including the DCI World Championships in Indianapolis.
Seattle Cascades
Seattle Cascades has openings for a variety of pre-season and summer volunteer positions.
Spirit of Atlanta
If you’ve made a contribution of $25 or more to Spirit of Atlanta during this fiscal year, you have the opportunity to vote inductees into the Spirit of Atlanta Hall of Fame. There are 11 finalists for this year’s class.
