We are proud that during the 2007 season, Revolution Drum and Bugle Corps will be home to five Japanese students. This is the first time students from overseas have participated with our organization, and we are very proud to have them join the corps during the 2007 tour. To accommodate the membership, several staff members and corps members have begun to learn Japanese to better enable the corps to communicate with our new family members. Our snare drum staff member this year also is from Japan and will be able to help bridge the communicative gap and help with the wonderful cultural exchange.
We are very excited for the 2007 season, and work continues on our summer production "Tres Maestros." The corps prepares for its first housed "all-day" rehearsals in its short seven-year history. Look for a new Revolution DVD and Web site to debut soon.
