Milk day mascot

by Drum Corps International

Kristin Kray (piosfloridian@aol.com), who played soprano in the Pioneer in 2001-2002, submitted this one. "This is a picture from the Milk Days Parade in Harvard, Ill., in early June. We had a parade earlier that day and a free evening at the fair thing the community held. We nicknamed the cow "Harvmilda." I don't really know how it got its name, but it stuck. It just shows the lighter side of what corps members may come across on their experiences on tour." Thanks Kristin!
