This is a photo of Phantom Regiment at the Moonlight Classic in Stockton, Calif. on June 26. Although we love all our local corps, it is so special when corps from other parts of the country visit the West Coast. We all felt very fortunate to be able to enjoy performances from Phantom Regiment and the Cadets this last weekend.
