As the entire drum corps community enters the New Year and looks ahead to the summer of 2012, this week, Drum Corps International recaps some of the highlights of 2011, today with the most watched videos on DCI.org and the DCI Fan Network. These following five clips garnered the most plays of any videos on DCI.org and the DCI Fan Network, adding to an incredible 1.7 million views of all DCI videos during the 2011 calendar year!

1. Happy Valentine's Day 2011
Wishing fans a happy Valentine's Day on Feb. 14, this video featured some of the greatest love themes ever put on the drum corps field, set to the Madison Scouts' "Through the Eyes of Love" from the movie "Ice Castles."
2. Reactions from The Cadets
Battling their way to their first World Championship win since 2005, this video captures the reactions of Cadets corps members and staff as they took home their 10th title since 1983 in Indianapolis on Aug. 13.
3. Tilt-Shift Video of Lucas Oil Stadium
This "tilt-shift" video effect made it look as if legions of toy soldier drum corps members invaded Lucas Oil Stadium for the 2011 DCI World Championships in Indianapolis.
4. 2011 World Championship Finale Montage
Played on Lucas Oil Stadium's gigantic 37' x 97' video board at the Aug. 13 World Championship Finals, this video recapped the exciting performances of all the World and Open Class corps that competed over the three days competition in Indianapolis.
5. 2001 DCI 9/11 Tribute
Recognizing the 10th anniversary of the tragic events of 9/11, DCI.org looked back at this DCI video that pays tribute to those who lost their lives and to the heroes who saved so many others on Sept. 11, 2001.
