Rochester, Minnesota welcomed eight corps Sunday, June 29, for the River City Rhapsody edition of the 2014 Drum Corps International Tour. Among the top finishers were the Cavaliers, Phantom Regiment and Madison Scouts who scored within 3.5 points of one another.
