Elizabeth Glass of the Phantom Regiment color guard sent in this one. "My name is Elizabeth Glass and I have been a member of the Phantom Regiment color guard for the 2002 and 2003 seasons. This picture is taken at DCI finals this past summer (2003). I got to be really close with one of my instructors, Tootie, and I told him that he had to be the one to put my medal on me and as you see in the picture, HE DID! He was truly an inspiration for the Phantom Regiment Color Guard! I love and miss you Tootie!"
